Here we will show you some examples of projects completed by us. The following is only intended to give you an impression of how and what sort of installation we can complete.

Sheeter.
First you will see a typical example of a Paper and Board sheeting factory. Here they use large and heavy machines for cutting the reels of board or paper into sheets. These reels weigh approx. 1.5 tons and run at 300 metres / minute through the sheeting machines. We've supplied microprocessor systems and motor drives to control the web and the rotary knifes to give an accurate sheet length cut.
These drives are usually DC with high power motors.

Web Tension Controller TC103.
This tension controller is a universal Web Tension Controller bases on Siemens S7.

Web tension controller for a printer.
This installation was built for an existing 7-color plastic foil printer. It contains 3 sectional drives with dancer-arms and loadcell sensors for very accurate tension control. Tension has to be controlled very precisely because this machine runs polyester film of only 12 microns.

Packing line.
Build for a customer to shrink-wrap pallets. This electrically heated oven, can shrink pallets of approx. 1600 x 1600mm on a continuous bases. Thyristor controlled heating elements.
